Girne’ye bağlı Karşıyaka’da meydana gelen hırsızlık suçundan tutuklu yargılanan Ertan Karadağ hakkındaki dava sonuçlandı. Girne Ağır Ceza Mahkemesi’nde yargılanan sanık hapse mahkum edildi. Karşıyaka’da bir marketten 300 lira çalan sanık 3 yıl hapis cezası aldı. Kararda sanığın benzer birçok suç işlemesi ve 10 sabıkasının olması etkili oldu. Kararda olgular aktarılırken, sanığın 2019 yılı Ekim ayında Karşıyaka’da faaliyet gösteren bir kafenin penceresini açıp içeriye girdiği ve 300 TL madeni parayı çaldığı belirtildi. Sanığın 4 Kasım 2019 tarihinde tutuklu yargılanmak üzere cezaevine gönderildiği kaydedildi. Sanık hakkındaki kararı okuyan mahkeme başkanı Füsun Cemaller, bu tür suçların yaygınlaştığına dikkat çekti. Cemaller, sanığın benzeri suçları olduğunu, 10 sabıkası bulunduğunu belirterek, ıslah olmamış olmasını aleyhine değerlendirdi. Cemaller, sanığı yargılandığı dükkan açma ve sirkat suçundan 3 yıl hapse mahkum ettiklerini açıkladı.
