Günlük 23 yalan ya da yanıltıcı ifadeye denk gelen Trump’ın istatistiği, kullanım sıklığına göre gazete tarafından oluşturulan “Fact Checker” (Gerçek Denetleyici) adlı internet sayfasında sıralanmış durumda.

Washington Post ayrıca, Trump’ın 25-27 Nisan arasında 171 yalan ya da yanıltıcı ifade kullandığını ve en son Wisconsin’de düzenlediği mitingle birlikte yalan sayısının 10 bin 111’e ulaştığını yazdı.
Habere göre Trump’ın yanlış ya da yanıltıcı bilgilerinin 5’te 1’i göç konuları oluşturuyor.
Gazeteye göre, Donald Trump’ın 2020 ABD Başkanlık seçimleri kampanyası da yanıltıcı ve sahte bilgilerle dolu, toplamın yüzde 22’sine denk geliyor.
